Data provided during order placement is processed by www.Reflexa-Skarpety.pl and the following entities to the extent specified below:
- First and last name, address, phone number, and e-mail indicated as the delivery address are transferred to transport companies in the form of a label/waybill, which also serves as a delivery order, depending on the chosen type of shipment: DPD POLSKA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS:000028368, NIP: 526-02-04-110)
- First and last name, address, NIP indicated as data for the sales document are transferred as a sales document to the accounting system: Power Blue Media SA with its registered office in Wrocław (KRS: 0000281947, NIP: 898-16-47-572), operator of the ifirma.pl service; DialCom24 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań (KRS: 0000347935, NIP: 779-236-98-87), operator of the Przelewy24.pl service.
In the case of using payment via an external payment system, all data provided after moving to the payment operator's website remains registered exclusively in their database and is in no way accessible or stored by www.Reflexa-Skarpety.pl.
www.Reflexa-Skarpety.pl cooperates with the following payment operators:

Data is stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with relevant regulations governing the storage period of accounting documents.
C. Marketing
